Designing mental health services for people to heal and be well.
& Service Designer
I'm the Director of Design at Numinus, where we deliver psychedelic-assisted therapy to help people heal from several mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, and PTSD.
Previously, I was Head of Digital at Snook, delivering public sector products and services in the UK. Before Snook, I was co-founder and co-director of Pivotal Act, an initiative within VMware (formerly Pivotal Software) focused on helping nonprofits design and build responsible technology to address social challenges.
While running Pivotal Act, we delivered services for essential health workers, helping an anti-human trafficking organisation bring their curriculum online and building a platform for 15 NGOs to exchange data in emergency responses. I also worked at ThoughtWorks and academia at Parsons in Design and Technology.
I have a master's in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons in New York. My bachelor's degree is in Industrial Design from the University of Alberta, Canada, and I studied Service Design at Köln International School of Design in Germany.
